## TEACHER PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

All teaching staff are hereby informed that the **Monthly Teacher Performance Appraisal** will be conducted to review and improve the overall quality of teaching and school activities.
The appraisal will be based on the following areas:
1. **Punctuality & Attendance**
2. **Lesson Planning & Syllabus Completion**
3. **Teaching Quality & Classroom Management**
4. **Student Discipline & Academic Progress**
5. **Homework & Notebook Checking**
6. **Assessment & Result Performance**
7. **Communication with Parents**
8. **Use of Smart/Digital Teaching Methods**
9. **Cooperation with School Management**
10. **Overall Professional Conduct**
Teachers are requested to maintain proper records and perform their duties sincerely. The appraisal report will be reviewed by the school management and may be considered for **performance improvement, appreciation, responsibilities and other administrative decisions**.
